What we collect

When you buy a guide we collect your name, your email address, and a phone number if you choose to give one. That is all the checkout asks for, and we do not ask for anything else afterwards.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paystack. Your card details are entered on Paystack’s systems and never reach ours — we receive only a reference confirming the payment succeeded, and the amount. We cannot see your card number, and we could not charge it again if we wanted to.

Meta pixel

This site carries the Meta pixel. It records that a page was viewed, that a sales page was read, that a free chapter was requested, that a checkout was started and that a purchase completed, and sends that to Meta so we can tell which adverts led to sales. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We do not send Meta your name, your email address or your phone number.

You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, or with any browser setting or extension that blocks tracking pixels. Blocking it does not affect your ability to buy or download.

Why we keep it

Your email is how we identify your order if you lose your download link or need support. We keep order records because we are required to keep records of sales. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the payment processor needed to take the payment.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your details also removes our record of your purchase, so your download link will stop working — we will say so before doing it.
